Processing Time All OooSo Luvli items are made to order. Please allow 7–14 business days for processing before your order ships. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Processing times may vary slightly during product launches or busy seasons. QuarterZip processing time doesn’t start until blank products arrive.

Pickup/ShippingPickup is only available in Barwick, Ga. I have a local pickup option in Thomasville, Ga as well. Pickup in Thomasville will be at my availability!!! I do not offer personal deliveres . Please do not select pickup, if you are not in this area.Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Everything OooSo Luvli is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges Due to each of our products being custom made, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Each item is made specifically for you, so please review your order details carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed since items quickly move into production.

Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. All packages are shipped to the address entered at checkout. Everything OooSo Luvli is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please email within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof of the issue. Once reviewed, a replacement item will be sent.

Personalization Details Please review all names, initials, and personalization before placing your order. All items will be embroidered or printed exactly as entered at checkout, including spelling and capitalization.
